I am the Branch Manager for the Silver Spring Office of Certified Realty Group, LLC . My responsibilities include recruiting dynamic sales professionals who want to grow their business. Our focus is on expanding our brand into the Montgomery, Prince Georges and Washington D.C. service areas. At Certified Realty Group, we offer unparalleled training, support, and the necessary tools to make you successful. We offer weekly training, administrative support, and lead generation techniques, that guarantee you multiple closings every month. My mission is to have a multiple locations within the Washington, DC metropolitan area within the next twelve months.

Responsible for overseeing the operational aspects and continued profitability of the agency.  These include designing and implementing inter-office systems and standards to enhance performance, as well as implementing agent training programs. Additional duties include cultivating existing client base and developing new residential and commercial clients.

LMC Consulting Solutions is a full service property management company. We specialize in single and multi-family residential tenant placement and property management services. Programs include tenant screening and placement, property repair and routine inspections, as well as evictions and eviction clean-out. Landlords are provided monthly finance reports and year-end 1099 forms. Real estate services such as the advertising, buying, and selling of properties are also offered provided.
