Devin Winklosky holds an LL.M. in Criminal Law and Military Law from The Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School, a B.S. in Political Science and Government from the United States Naval Academy, and a J.D. in Law from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Devin has an extensive professional background with a wealth of experience. He has served in various roles such as Administrative Judge at USDA, Co-founder of Teufel Hunden Hops Company, Of Counsel at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP, and Litigation Associate at JONES DAY®.

Devin Winklosky has also held significant positions within the United States Marine Corps, including Department Vice-Chair and Professor of Criminal Law at the U.S. Army JAG School, Managing Partner at Legal Services Support Section, Combat Logistics Regiment 37, and Executive Officer at Combat Logistics Regiment 3.

Throughout his career, Devin has been involved in diverse legal roles, such as General Counsel (Staff Judge Advocate) of 3d Marine Logistics Group, Trial Judge for the Navy-Marine Corps Trial Judiciary, and Criminal Trial Litigator. He has also contributed as a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

With his extensive military background, Devin Winklosky served as an Adjutant/Legal Officer for 2d Battalion, 5th Marines and 5th Marine Regiment, and retired as a Marine Officer with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
