Nadia Shihata is a highly accomplished legal professional with a rich educational background.

She holds an LLM in International Legal Studies from New York University School of Law, a BA in International Relations and French from Tufts University, and a JD in Law from the University of Michigan Law School.

Nadia has held various pivotal roles in prestigious organizations, including the U.S. Department of Justice, where she served as the Chief of the Organized Crime and Gangs Section in the Eastern District of New York.

Prior to this, she worked as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and held positions such as Deputy Chief in the Organized Crime & Gangs Section as well as in the Public Integrity Section at the U.S. Attorney's Office.

Nadia's international experience includes serving as a Legal Officer (Appeals Counsel) at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia.

Her extensive legal career also includes roles as a Litigation Associate at Greenberg Traurig and Covington & Burling, as well as a Law Clerk to The Honorable T.S. Ellis, III at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
