Devika's career boasts remarkable achievements, including driving $100M+ investments in broadband-enabling infrastructure across Africa during her tenure at Google.

She pioneered a unique market intelligence and analysis capability that informs strategic and operational decisions for program improvement and service delivery.

As the first employee detailed to Congress, Devika served as a technology and innovation expert to a Congressional committee and initiated the House Digital Service.

Recognized for her expertise, she was appointed by the Mayor to DC's Innovation and Technology Inclusion Council.

Devika leverages her deep operational excellence background, OKR methodology, and stakeholder management skills to drive organizational focus, performance improvement, and leadership alignment across various settings.

She obtained her B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Michigan.
