Derek Diaz

Derek Diaz is a highly accomplished business analyst, product manager, program manager, and release manager with extensive experience in eCommerce, customer self-care, customer relationship management, billing systems, collections, payment processing, and business intelligence. Diaz helped pioneer a change management process that resulted in an annual savings of $10 million due to production systems downtime. He also developed the roadmap for an enterprise release management program with a revenue forecast of over $120 million per month. Diaz has worked with a variety of tools and methodologies, such as JIRA, Service Now, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, ITIL, and Tableau. Diaz holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia and a Master of Science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
