Delray Busch

Delray E. Busch is a Toledo-area native with a strong passion for serving her community and driving social change.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Marketing and Business Law from the University of Toledo, where she excelled with a Major GPA of 3.8.

Delray's professional journey began in the for-profit sector, where she managed $35 million in annual revenue as a District Manager at ALDI Stores.

In 2013, she transitioned to the non-profit sector, currently serving as the Communications Director at First Presbyterian Maumee on a part-time basis.

Beyond her role at First Presbyterian Maumee, Delray actively engages with the community through her involvement with Lucas County Young Democrats, volunteer work on various campaigns, and serving at a local homeless shelter.

Delray Busch is a dedicated mother to two young daughters and resides in Toledo, Ohio, with her husband, Tracy.

In her leisure time, she enjoys exploring Toledo, visiting the scenic Toledo Metroparks, and discovering new coffee shops.

With a solid background in team leadership and project management, Delray possesses a diverse skill set including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience in managing social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, marketing, SquareSpace, Constant Contact, MailChimp, database management, and design tools like Canva for Work.
