•	Re-designed the SDLC process using Target Process by clearly defining, documenting, and prioritizing the user stories in the backlog to ultimately increase team velocity by 10% and enable transparency on the current sprint’s progress by assessing time efforts, risks, and impediments.
•	Led the UI/UX design efforts on the new user Onboarding and Referral Network for the product’s Viral Loop. Managed a small team of designers to prototype and user test new ideas before moving them into sprints for production.
