Raleigh Esperidion

Raleigh Esperidion is an accomplished instructional design professional with expertise in e-learning course development using industry-standard software such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate. Raleigh earned his Master of Arts degree in Learning Design and Technology from San Diego State University-California State University. Prior to starting his career in instructional design, Raleigh worked for nationwide brands in both customer service and technical support roles. Raleigh draws on this previous experience to create effective and engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of learners and improve knowledge retention. In his current role, Raleigh is an E-Learning Instructional Designer II at GEICO, where he continues to hone his skills in creating high-quality learning experiences. In addition to his work at GEICO, Raleigh has also held positions as an Instructional Systems Designer and Curriculum Developer at K Parks Consulting, Inc (KPC), as well as an Instructional Technologist at Jhpiego. Raleigh is a versatile professional with a passion for improving learning outcomes and helping others succeed.
