Deborah Reidy

Deborah Reidy is a full-time Independent Non-Executive Director with extensive experience in senior management across the investment management, pensions, and consulting sectors in New York and Ireland.

She holds a diverse background in various leadership roles, including Executive Director, Chair of a MIFID Company and Fund Company, and Organisational Effectiveness (OE) role holder.

Deborah has served as an Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) on multiple Boards, demonstrating a strong governance and oversight capability.

Her professional journey includes being PCF approved by the Central Bank of Ireland since 2008 and contributing as a member of Audit/Finance Committees.

In terms of education, Deborah Reidy pursued an MBA in International Business and Marketing from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BS in Finance and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business.
