Deborah Lucy

Deborah Lucy is an accomplished business and legal professional with over 20 years of experience. Her expertise lies in providing strategic guidance to her clients and helping them achieve their growth goals in sustainable ways. She holds a JD, MBA, BBA in Finance and International Business from The University of Texas at Austin. As a lawyer, she specializes in strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate counsel, governance, and board advice, and executive compensation. She has also been instrumental in providing business guidance in areas such as strategic planning, change advocacy, process improvement, and financial planning.

Deborah is currently working as the Associate General Counsel, Strategy at Cox Enterprises. Prior to this, she has held several senior roles, including Assistant General Counsel, Corporate & Commercial Transactions at Cox Automotive, Senior Legal Consultant at Cox Enterprises Inc., and General Counsel, and VP, Corporate Development at Inform, Inc (fka News Distribution Network). In her career, she has worked for reputed firms such as Burr & Forman LLP and Jones Day.

Deborah is also an avid hiker and has completed the Appalachian Trail.
