Deborah Mason

Deborah Mason is an experienced legal professional who has held several prominent positions in the corporate legal field. She is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Allvue Systems, a role she assumed in July 2021.46

Prior to joining Allvue Systems, Deborah held the position of General Counsel North America for NielsenIQ, following its separation from The Nielsen Company into a stand-alone organization.14 In this role, she provided counsel on a wide range of commercial and strategic matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, product development, litigation, integrity and corporate compliance, privacy, and data security.1

Regarding her educational background, Deborah earned her JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her BA from The Ohio State University.1
