Deborah Espinosa

Deborah Espinosa is a highly educated professional with a diverse academic background. She holds a Certificate in Career Training from the Rocky Mountain School of Photography, a JD from the University of Washington School of Law, an MA from the University of Washington's Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies, and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.
