Deborah Bothun
Deborah Bothun is a seasoned business leader and mentor with over 20 years of experience in financial consulting, forensics, entertainment, media, and communications. She spent most of her career at PwC, where she built and headed the firm's $250M Entertainment, Media, and Communications consulting practice, overseeing a team of 12,000 specialists across 54 countries. She retired from PwC as a Global Industry Leader in 2017 and joined Merryck & Co as an executive mentor, working one-on-one with Fortune 50 senior executives to broaden their business perspectives, improve decision making, and discover growth opportunities. She's also advising VMLY&R's BAV Group to drive revenue growth and is a Fellow at CEO Action for Racial Equity, driving public policy to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Deborah holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and is an active member of UNICEF's New York Philanthropic Advisory Board.
