Debbie Smarr is an accomplished academic administrator with a strong focus on student achievement. She holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Leadership for Higher Education from Capella University and a Masters in Educational Technology, as well as a Bachelors in Business Information Management from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. As a SACSCOC trained Institutional Effectiveness Evaluator and QEP Evaluator, she works closely with institutions to ensure excellence in planning and institutional effectiveness. She is also an active member of the Texas Association of Institutional Researchers and the Southern Association of Institutional Researchers. Debbie's experience includes roles such as the Dean of Planning and Institutional Effectiveness at Grayson College, Director of Planning, Research, Assessment, and Accreditation at Grayson College, Director of Technology Training at Southeastern Oklahoma State University, and Assistant to the President at Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
