Dean Kerr

Dean Kerr is a dynamic Sales and Sales Operations Leader with expertise in ICT business development, sales leadership, and sales operations spanning over 13 years. He has successfully delivered strategic solutions to clients, aligned commercial strategies, and built strong relationships with customers and employees. He is an effective leader with a proven track record of exceeding targets and building lasting profitable relationships. Dean has a Bachelor's degree & PDM (UCT Business School) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology & Marketing from the University of Cape Town.

Dean has held various leadership roles, including Head of Sales Operations and Enablement at Dimension Data, Sales Manager - Western Cape at Dimension Data Middle East and Africa, and Special Projects Manager at Unitrans. Before his successful career in sales and sales operations, he was a Ski Guide for Absolute Ski.

Using his experience and knowledge, Dean is passionate about helping and transforming individuals to achieve breakthrough career success. He has studied coaching and neuroscience at Neuroleadership Group and holds a Diploma, Business Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the Graduate School of Business - University of Cape Town.
