Dean Delia

Dean Delia is a social entrepreneur, strategist, and storyteller dedicated to creating systemic and sustainable impact to address social challenges globally.

Dean focuses on equipping current and next generations with opportunities, skills, and mindsets for positive change in a complex world, driven by principles of social impact, diversity, equity, integrity, justice, and vulnerability.

His passion for creating enterprising and socially conscious leaders stems from addressing systemic inequalities he faced as a first-generation neurodiverse Australian, leading to teaching in disadvantaged communities worldwide.

Transitioning from teaching to social entrepreneurship, Dean gained practical experience in sustainable community development in Kenya, India, and China, further fueling his commitment to meaningful change.

Dean is a proponent of disruptive solutions to social challenges, leveraging capital for good, and supporting youth, innovative environmental initiatives, and First Nations-led solutions.

His expertise includes project management, strategy, relationship management, network building, program development, event management, motivational speaking, and facilitation.

Dean holds a BA/BE in Literature, History, and Education from Deakin University.

He has held roles such as Director for Young People at The Prince's Trust Australia, General Manager at The Foundation for Young Australians, Director at High Resolves Initiative, among others.
