Mark Finnern is an experienced enterprise community strategist, entrepreneur, and product manager with a wealth of expertise in building and leading successful communities within large and small organizations. He founded Playful Enterprise and is a former Chief Community Evangelist at SAP, where he led the development of their SAP Community platform and grew its membership to 3 million members.

Mark is an expert in community strategy, vision, influencer relationship management, collaboration management, reputation management, and product marketing management. He earned a degree in Business Oriented Computer Science from Hochschule Furtwangen University and has worked in various roles at SAP, including Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Product Development and Implementation Consultant, and Senior SAP Consultant.

Mark is also the founder and co-host of the Future Salon, a gathering of leaders working towards a positive future. He serves on the Advisory Board of Conteneo Inc. and is a former Accelerating Change Conference Co-Producer/Board Member at Accelerating Studies Foundation.
