Intern in NY County's Supreme Court, Criminal Term, 1st Division. Conducted research for the judge and court attorney, drafted a decision, and assisted in various trial proceedings. Additionally, observed trials and hearings in the Civil Term regarding housing issues.

• Duties included direct contact with any potential new students, sustained knowledge of the inner workings of the Admissions office, and independent organization and execution of individual projects.
• Selected to participate on the Selection Committee- a very small group of students to conduct the interview process and aid the Admissions Directors in choosing the next VIP class.

Was a “Summer Coordinator;” assisted in organizing events, called “listening tours,” to discuss President Obama’s policy platforms (primarily healthcare), recruited and contacted voters daily to participate in canvasses, phone banking, and other policy related events.
• Delegated a large amount of responsibility, through being in charge of specific congressional districts and looking to engage members as Community Organizers, to become more active in their communities.
• Developed even stronger interpersonal skills, persuasive and public speaking skills, as well as a rigorous work ethic, self- direction and independence.
