With a strong focus on customer success and team development, Dawood is dedicated to helping clients overcome customer data challenges, integrate business channels effectively, and implement cutting-edge martech solutions to enhance customer experiences.

He studied BSc Hons in Business Administration at Cardiff University and has held significant roles in renowned organizations such as Oracle, Demandware (acquired by Salesforce), Adobe, Omniture (acquired by Adobe), Advanced, and Care Business Solutions Ltd.

Through his roles as UKI & Benelux Sales Director at Oracle, and previously as Sales Director for Oracle CX Marketing Cloud, Strategic Accounts Director at Adobe, and Enterprise Account Executive at Omniture, Dawood has honed his expertise in driving sales success and fostering strategic partnerships.
