Her extensive business acumen includes building internal and external diversity initiatives for multi-national organizations from conceptualization through execution.

Dawn has successfully launched and managed diversity pipeline programs, recruited diverse employees, and increased retention in marginalized groups, focusing on ethnicity, race, gender, and intersectionality.

Education-wise, Dawn studied Leadership Certificate Program in Diversity & Inclusion, MBA in Marketing/Product Management, and General Management Exchange at esteemed institutions like Cornell University, Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, and IESE Business School - University of Navarra. She also studied Sociology at the University of California at Berkeley.

In terms of work experience, Dawn was SVP and Head of Inclusion & Diversity at GCI Health. Previously, she held roles such as Associate Director of Learning Strategy and Inclusion & Diversity Champion at AstraZeneca, as well as various positions at AstraZeneca, Astellas Pharma, Amgen, Inc., Chubb, INROADS, and Genentech.
