David Zlotlow

David Zlotlow is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in legal roles. He holds a Master in Public Policy (MPP) from Harvard Kennedy School, a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Pennsylvania. David also attended Rio Americano High School.

David has held significant positions in various prestigious organizations. Currently, he serves as a Senior Counsel at the California Independent System Operator. Previously, David worked as a Counsel at the same organization, showcasing his commitment to the field. Prior to this, he gained valuable experience as a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice and as a Law Clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
