David Abram

David Ystebo is a seasoned commercial lender with over 20 years of experience in assisting investors and business owners with financing various types of commercial real estate investments.

Throughout his career, he has managed portfolios exceeding 80 million and led teams with portfolios surpassing 200 million. He has held roles from teller to branch manager, and subsequently transitioned to developing commercial loan relationships and managing banking teams.

David's educational background includes certificates in Commercial Banking from the Iowa Bankers Association and Graduate Commercial Lending School from Southern Methodist University. He also holds a BA in Business Administration from Grand View University and has completed courses in Military and Strategic Leadership at the Iowa Military Academy.

Currently, David Ystebo serves as the Vice President of Business Lending at Dupaco Community Credit Union. He has held various senior positions in organizations such as Commercial Capital Advisors of Iowa, Capstone Commercial, Peoples Bank, and others.

He is a former Staff Sergeant in the Army National Guard, showcasing his commitment to service both in the financial sector and the military.
