David Wong

David Wong is an accomplished and energetic business leader and strategist with a diverse experience spanning technology, financial services, and industrial sectors across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

He holds a strong interest in emerging disruptive business models, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations, as well as the transformation of education to align with evolving societal and demographic trends.

David has distinguished himself through outstanding academic achievements, consistently graduating at the top of his class at every level of his education.

He pursued his Master's in Public and Private Management (MPPM) with a focus on Strategy and Finance at Yale School of Management and obtained a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honors in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University.

David Wong has held notable positions in various organizations, including his current role as Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal. Previously, he served as Managing Partner at Equitas Strategy Group, Executive Partner at Bulger Partners, and Managing Director and Co-Head of Strategy Consulting at Bulger Partners.

His career also includes roles as the Global Lead Cloud Marketing Strategist, Director of Solutions and Service Line Marketing, Director of Corporate Strategy, Partner and Business Strategy Leader, and Vice President and Managing Director at IBM.

Prior to his tenure at IBM, David held positions as Principal at Gemini Consulting, Inc., Manager in Management Consulting at Marakon, and as the Vice President at Mainspring before its acquisition by IBM.
