David Wong

David Wong is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal's Private Equity Performance Improvement Group in Boston.34 He leads the Software Product & Technology Diligence service offering for A&M's Private Equity Services, expanding and diversifying the group's existing Information Technology Due Diligence practice.12

Wong has over 25 years of experience in private equity, diligence, and transaction exposure.1 He has worked with a wide range of organizations, from startups to Fortune 50 companies, across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.34

Prior to joining A&M, Wong was a Managing Director at Bulger Partners, where he co-founded and co-managed the strategy consulting practice.14 He has also held various consulting, marketing, and emerging business innovation leadership roles at IBM.1

Wong earned his master's degree in public and private management from the Yale School of Management and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, with First Class Honors, from Queen's University at Kingston.14
