David Corban

David Wilks Corban is a seasoned legal professional with a diverse background in representing plaintiffs and defendants across various legal matters. His expertise spans internal corporate investigations, white-collar crimes, contract breaches, intellectual property disputes, wrongful death and toxic tort claims, attorney malpractice cases, and Constitutional law issues.

David has handled cases involving sanctioned transactions, foreign corrupt practices, officer and director fiduciary breaches, fraud, class actions, shareholder derivative suits, patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret disputes, tortious interference, property damage, and personal injury claims. He has also provided legal counsel to businesses on libel, slander, and other Constitutional law matters.
