He holds a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and a BA in Government from Cornell University, demonstrating a strong educational background.

His career includes roles as a Partner at Clifford Chance, Deputy General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Commerce, and Partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, among others.

Joshua has also contributed to important teams such as the Department of Commerce Agency Review Team, Transition Vetting Team at Biden for President, and the White House Ethics Campaign and Transition Teams at Obama for America.
