David Tisch

David Tisch is a prominent businessman and angel investor based in New York City. He serves as the Chairman of Good Dog, a marketplace designed for finding pets online, a position he has held since January 2018. Tisch is also the Managing Partner of BoxGroup, a seed-stage venture capital firm that has invested in over 300 startups, including well-known companies like Plaid and Warby Parker.13

Tisch co-founded TechStars NYC, a startup accelerator, and has been influential in the New York tech scene. His previous roles include serving on the board of Hudson River Park Friends and as the Head of the Startup Studio at Cornell Tech, where he taught for five years. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and New York University School of Law.123
