David Shackleton

David Shackleton is a seasoned engineer with a passion for strategy, focusing on enhancing mobile experiences for a global audience. Currently spearheading the transformation of push notifications through #EdgeComputing at OpenBackHQ. He is also a co-founder of dingHQ, a platform for international mobile top-up services.

David holds a diverse educational background, having pursued BAI & BA in Computer & Electronic Engineering at Trinity College, Dublin. He also enhanced his skills by studying The Role & Responsibilities of Company Directors at the Institute of Directors in Ireland and being a Jones Scholar at Kings Hospital Secondary School.
