James Gould

James Gould is a highly experienced Mobile/Web app QA specialist with a proven track record of supporting multiple projects/teams. With a passion for improving quality, he has introduced companies/teams to the Three Amigos process for clearer tickets and stories, and a Cucumber/Gherkin BDD approach for creating readable and easy-to-automate test cases. James has worked in multiple SDLCs (Agile, Kanban and Waterfall), using JIRA and Quailty Centre to track projects and raise defects. He has also worked with automation frameworks in Ruby/Selenium and Java/Appium to ensure comprehensive testing on both mobile (iOS and Android) and web browsers (Safari, Firefox, Chrome, and IE11). In addition to manual testing, James has experience with Push Notifications and APIs using Postman/Charles. He has also worked with the Apple provisioning system to manage devices for a whole department.
