David Schonthal

David Schonthal is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in innovation, entrepreneurship, and business management.

He holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Boston University.

Currently, David serves as an Operating Partner at 7Wire Ventures, contributing his expertise to the venture capital firm.

His past roles include being a Columnist at Inc. Magazine, a Bestselling Author of 'The Human Element: Overcoming The Resistance That Awaits New Ideas,' and a Clinical Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Kellogg School of Management.

David has also been involved with organizations like D4V (Design For Ventures) as a Global Advisor, Ideo as a Venture Advisor and Business Designer, Pritzker Group as an Operating Partner, and Fusion Ventures as a Strategic Advisor and Partner.

With a wealth of experience, David has held positions at reputable firms such as Ideo, PwC, Deloitte, and Arthur Andersen & Co., showcasing his versatility and strong business acumen.

He has also taken on academic roles, teaching at Northwestern University, including as an Adjunct Professor and various positions at Kellogg School of Management from Clinical Assistant Professor to Clinical Associate Professor to Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
