David Rose is a successful real estate investor, contractor, and speculator with a family legacy in the industry. His great grandfather served as the DuPont Company's realtor, expanding their footprint in Delaware. Following in his footsteps, David has used his expertise to educate private investors and help businesses expand their wealth through real estate. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc), Applied Economics from the prestigious London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and has held various positions in the real estate industry, including restaurateur, contractor, and hedge fund trader.
