Nick Cromydas is a co-founder and CEO of Hunt Club, a talent company revolutionizing executive search.34 He is also the founder of New Coast Ventures3 and recently joined the board of Parentaly, a startup focused on improving the parental leave experience for employees and companies.146
Parentaly raised $1.4M in seed funding in April 2022, with Cromydas leading the syndicate of angel investors.1 As part of the strategic partnership between Hunt Club and Parentaly, Cromydas joined Parentaly's board to help companies adopt more equitable parental leave programs.4
Cromydas believes that paid parental leave is only half the equation, and that companies need to have appropriate support systems in place to make it a success.1 He is excited about the work Parentaly is doing to help parents prepare for the challenges of leaving and returning to work.25
