    David Qixiang Chen, PhD is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse background in computing, artificial intelligence, and neuroscience. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Neuroscience and an Honors Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering from the University of Toronto - University College. David has also studied at Danforth, further enriching his educational experiences.

    With a robust academic foundation, David has held various significant roles in prestigious organizations. He co-founded BenchSci, where he served as the Chief Innovation Officer (CINO) and Director of AI. Additionally, David previously held positions as the co-founder, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and Director of AI at BenchSci. His expertise extends to roles such as Neurosurgical Research Assistant at University Health Network, Researcher/Developer at University of Toronto Dept of Psychology, and research assistant at University of Toronto. He also worked as a Maya MEL/API support specialist at Alias US, LLC, and as a Developer at Residence-wizard.
