Alina Guna

Alina Guna is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in Molecular Biology and Neuroscience.

She pursued her academic journey by completing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Molecular Biology at the prestigious University of Cambridge, following an Honours Bachelor of Science (H. B.Sc.) in Neuroscience, Cell & Molecular Biology from the University of Toronto.

Alina has actively contributed to the scientific community through various roles in renowned organizations. She currently serves as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the esteemed Whitehead Institute.

Her previous experiences include roles as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of California, San Francisco, a Visiting Researcher at Caltech, a PhD Student at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology, and Research Assistant positions at CAMH, University of Toronto, and Sunnybrook.
