David Pulsipher is an accomplished transportation planning expert with a knack for leadership and team building. With 15 years of experience in municipal transportation planning across Los Angeles, Chicago, and Denver, Pulsipher has a deep understanding of the transportation landscape. Pulsipher has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master's of Arts in Urban Planning from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Pulsipher has worked in a variety of roles throughout his career, starting out as a Communications Specialist at FEMA and going on to work as a Bicycle Parking Planner at Los Angeles Metro, a Planner at Alta Planning + Design, and a Coordinating Planner at Chicago Department of Transportation, before landing in his current role as Transportation and Mobility Planning Manager at City and County of Denver.
