David Moore

David Moore is a skilled professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and criminal justice.

He holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Criminal Justice from Bethel College (TN) and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Tennessee at Martin.

David has also completed the 195th Session at the FBI National Academy, showcasing his commitment to excellence in the field of law enforcement.

Throughout his career, David has held various important roles, including Police Management Consultant at the University of Tennessee Institute of Public Service - MTAS and Director of Training/Strategic Partnerships at Savant Learning Systems Inc.

His academic background and practical experience have equipped him with a deep understanding of law enforcement practices and strategies.

David has also served as a Lecturer in the Department of Behavioral Science at The University of Tennessee at Martin, demonstrating his expertise in educating and training future professionals in the field.

With a distinguished career, David has also held leadership positions such as Past President of the Tennessee Association of Chiefs of Police and Chief of Police at the Martin Tennessee Police Department before his retirement.
