David Mihala is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the HRIS domain. With a keen interest in HR Digitalization, Cloud Computing, and Big Data, David advocates for Oracle's HCM to empower HR leaders to streamline core business processes while gaining new levels of insight, risk management, and strategic planning capabilities.
