David earned his Doctor of Law (J.D.), cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, showcasing his dedication to legal studies and excellence in academia. Prior to this, he studied Economics and Political Science at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick in 2011, demonstrating a well-rounded academic foundation.

With a strong foundation in law, David has held several notable positions in various prestigious organizations. He has served as a Corporate Associate at Squire Patton Boggs, showcasing his expertise in corporate law and legal advisory services. Previously, he held a similar role at Gibbons P.C., where he honed his skills in corporate law and gained valuable experience in the legal industry.

David's impressive professional journey also includes serving as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Courts of Appeals, emphasizing his experience in the federal judicial system. Furthermore, he has a history of working as an Advisor to the Executive Director of the President’s Commission at the Executive Office of the President, highlighting his involvement in high-level decision-making processes.

Paul Innes, Presiding Judge - General Equity, Chair of the Chancery Division at the Superior Court of New Jersey, showcasing his experience in the state judicial system.
