This was a great project to be a part of as the international team tested out Live workshops.

I was excited to continue working with Upwork.com (formerly Elance-oDesk) to assist the education team deliver the (In-person Workshop) until the conclusion of this initiative.

Building a High-Performance Team Online—Melbourne.

At this 3 hour in-person bootcamp, you’ll get introduced to the essential skills, processes, and tech tools needed for hiring, and collaborating with remote team members. Throughout the workshop you’ll be learning alongside other Melbourne-based professionals, and afterwards you’ll get more work done because you will have mastered how to hire top freelancers for any type of work that can be done in front of a computer.
