David Kleiman

David Kleiman is an experienced legal and business executive with a diverse industry experience spanning financial services, software, hardware, semiconductors, manufacturing, consumer goods, aerospace, transportation, defense, engineering consulting, and sports management. He has managed high-performance legal support services, legal operations, compliance, risk management, government relations, and litigation. He has significant public and private company board and corporate secretary experience and has been involved in process and policy development, change management, and private equity backed companies. Kleiman has been a key driver of mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and a variety of commercial, service, technology, capital markets, and debt financing transactions. As a seasoned generalist, his specialties include mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, technology transactions and IP licensing, outside counsel management, commercial and service agreements and procurement, real estate transactions and leasing, competition and anti-trust law, employment and labor relations, executive compensation, public company reporting, corporate governance and internal policy, litigation management, government relations, compliance, strategy, process development, and change management.
