Barbara Krause
Barbara Krause is an experienced corporate attorney with expertise in debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and technology transactions. She has over a decade of experience representing both public and private companies as well as leading banks and lending institutions. Krause holds a Juris Doctorate from Cornell Law School and a Master of Arts in Germanic Languages and Literature from The University of Kansas. She started her career as an Associate at Bryan Cave, then moved on to work at Bingham McCutchen, DLA Piper (formerly Gray Cary Ware and Friedenrich), and Singularity University, where she served as Senior Corporate Counsel. Krause also founded and managed her legal services firm, Krause Legal Services. Currently, she works as a Senior Counsel at Paragon Legal, where she continues to use her knowledge of business, finance, and law to make a positive impact in her community. As an advocate for tech for good and profit for purpose, Barbara seeks to build communities of change through sharing her expertise in a friendly and professional manner.
