David Jose

David Jose is an accomplished Dean and educator, well-versed in helping at-risk youth and families navigate the College Admissions Process. He brings years of experience in college and career counseling, operations work, coding, and big picture vision thinking. With a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Providence College and a Master's degree in Risk and Prevention from Harvard University Graduate School of Education, David is a dedicated and passionate educator. Along with being the Dean of College and Careers and Coding Instructor at Blackstone Valley Prep Mayoral Academy, he has worked in multiple leadership roles in organizations such as America's Promise - The Center for Promise, Phoenix Academy Lawrence, Citizen Schools, and Teach for America. David has also been President of the National Leadership Council at The National Society of Collegiate Scholars. He has completed a Humanities Teaching program at Algiers Charter School Association and has interned at Rhode Island State House, GTECH Corporation, and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. David is an expert in college and career counseling, coding, and operations work. He has a passion for helping at-risk youth and families navigate the College Admissions Process.
