Tracey Grimm

Tracey Grimm is a highly experienced academic, career, and socioemotional counselor working with students in grades 3 through 12.
She specializes in college and career counseling, serving students from diverse backgrounds, financial aid, service learning, program planning, character education, wellbeing, mindfulness, and health, as well as school-wide program planning and community collaboration.
Tracey pursued her education at the University of Virginia, where she earned a Master's degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services and a Bachelor's degree in Government and Psychology.
Her professional journey includes roles such as Director of College Counseling at Kents Hill School, High School Counselor at American International School Chennai, Director of College Counseling at Lincoln School CR, Secondary School Counselor at Colegio Internacional De Caracas, School Counselor at Gar-Field High School, and a School Counseling Intern at Western Albemarle High School.
Prior to her counseling career, Tracey also gained experience as a Tasting Room Manager at King Family Vineyards and a College Guide at the National College Advising Corps.
