    David Hochman is a seasoned management consultant specializing in technology-based economic development, working with government and non-profit sectors through a national consulting practice and as an independent contractor.

    With extensive professional experience, David assists in enhancing economic performance through the formation of companies and job creation by supporting science and engineering innovators in institutions and communities.

    As an affiliate of TEConomy Partners LLC and a co-author of significant studies, David offers consultancy services to state governments and non-profit organizations aiming to develop regional strategies for innovation-based economic growth.

    David's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, an AB in History/History of Science from Princeton University, and completion of a Non-degree program in the Science Honors Program at Columbia University.
