David Greer is the Executive Vice President and Chief Programs Officer at Project Lead The Way (PLTW), overseeing a dedicated team focused on empowering students with essential knowledge and skills for success in a dynamic world.
With a background in information security and digital forensics education, David has played integral roles in K-12 and post-secondary education, workforce development, and STEM initiatives in Oklahoma and beyond.
His leadership extends to serving on key cybersecurity councils and boards, including the Indiana Governor's Executive Council on Cybersecurity and the Oklahoma Governor’s Science and Technology Council.
David holds a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Tulsa, a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University, and has pursued further education at the Ph.D. level.
