Kelly Bailey

Dr. Kelly Bailey is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and significant experience in various leadership roles.

She holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education & Adult Learning from Walden University, a Ph.D. in Occupational & Adult Education from Oklahoma State University, a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Oklahoma, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Development/Organizational Psychology from Northeastern State University.

Dr. Bailey has been associated with several prominent organizations throughout her career, including Cooper Resources LLC & Bailey Pipeline Construction where she currently serves as Owner/President, Propel Executive Resources, LLC where she was Owner/Executive & Philanthropic Consultant, and Community HigherEd where she held the position of President.

Her vast professional experience also includes roles such as Chief Operating Officer at the Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma, Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director at Sweet Adelines International, Vice President of Sponsored Programs and Administrative Affairs at Oral Roberts University, Director of Adult Education & Workforce Center Programs at Oklahoma State University, and Social Science Faculty at Oklahoma State University.
