David Evans

David Evans is an accomplished executive leader in international development with more than 37 years of experience. His impressive portfolio includes working for some of the most renowned organizations in the sector, such as World Vision and Food for the Hungry, where he served in various capacities, including Chief of Party and President. David is currently the President of LifeNet International, a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming healthcare in medical clinics across Uganda, Malawi, Burundi, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, David has an educational background that inclues an MS in Agricultural Economics from Penn State University and a BA in International Studies from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is fluent in French and Spanish, in addition to his native English.

David has extensive experience in international relief and development leadership, management, implementation, and training in Africa, Latin America, and Asia. He has lived and worked in various countries, including Burkina Faso, Chad, Zimbabwe, Bolivia, and Mali, for over 14 years. He has served on several boards, including Alliance for Global Food Security, Millennium Water Alliance, Christian Connections for International Health, Integral Alliance, among others, and has won several awards and recognitions for his outstanding contributions to the sector.
