David Eklund

David Eklund is an experienced attorney with a versatile background in legal, corporate, and startup environments spanning over two decades.

With a focus on Intellectual Property, startups, litigation, and transactional work, David's expertise also includes research, team leadership, data management, operations, compliance, SaaS, project management, and training.

He pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) from Duke University School of Law, a Master of Laws (LLM) in Technology and Entrepreneurship from Cornell Tech; Cornell Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Michigan.

Throughout his career, David has held various positions such as Associate Director at Momentum Search Group, LLC, Principal at Pickford Ridge LLC, Associate General Counsel at DailyPay, Inc., Senior Associate at Foley Hoag LLP, and more.

Additionally, he has served in leadership roles including Board of Directors and President at Campus Hydration, LLC and CEO & General Counsel at the same organization.

David Eklund's professional journey also includes experiences at Counsel for Athlete/Actor/Television Personality, Alston & Bird LLP, as a Judicial clerk to Magistrate Judge Steven Pepe at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and as a Senior Manager at University of Michigan Football.
