David E. Oliver

David E. Oliver is a highly experienced corporate finance and investment banking team leader with expertise in distressed debt, restructuring, and bankruptcy, who has successfully led hundreds of financing transactions totaling over US $200 billion. His full career has been spent managing corporate clients and working closely with their C-suite executives. Oliver is a former Managing Principal at Cygnus Advisors LLC and Portfolio Manager at Silver Point Capital. He has also held Vice President positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and TD Bank Group, and Assistant Treasurer at National Westminster Bank. Oliver is proficient in forming, motivating, and managing teams and holds current FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 registrations. He studied a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Marketing Management, General, at Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
