David del Ser

David del Ser is the Chairman and Chief Innovation Officer at BFA Global, where he plays a pivotal role in advancing the company's vision through innovative technology initiatives. He is notably the founder of the Catalyst Fund accelerator, which focuses on fostering fintech solutions that contribute to climate resilience. Recently, he has been involved in developing TECA, a platform aimed at launching 100 startups that explore fintech innovations for climate action. His work includes leading BFA Global's efforts in the Digital Finance for Climate Resilience ecosystem.1

Before his tenure at BFA Global, David founded Frogtek, a social enterprise that provides app-based technology to empower small retailers in developing countries. He has been recognized as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and an Echoing Green Fellow. David holds dual Master's degrees in Telecommunications from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Télécom ParisTech, along with an MBA from Columbia Business School.1
